Buying cheap properties or affordable properties in Pakistan is not easy for anyone and many people are looking for this opportunity to find one so that they can build their own house however they like because not everyone can afford to buy already built houses which can cost you a fortune.
There are many areas in Pakistan where you can find affordable real estate which won’t cost you a fortune and there are many big societies that offer cheap houses as well.
Karachi
Karachi is the prime location for buying a property in Pakistan as it is the first city to get affected when the prices are hiked in the real estate market, even though buying a property is not an easy job in Karachi and finding cheap property in Karachi is not easy as well. You can find affordable real estate in the newly constructed Bahria town Karachi or DHA city that is still under construction. The properties that are built in Bahria town by their own constructors such as in Quaid villa are under 3crores and in respect to other areas of Karachi that is still cheap. You can also find cheap properties or affordable properties in scheme 33 that is also a new housing society.
Lahore
Properties in Lahore are relatively cheap as compared to Karachi because of the metropolitan status of Karachi and the population size of both cities as well. There are many newly constructed areas in Lahore such as different phases of DHA which are 9,10,and 11 which are relatively cheap from other areas and the amount of people residing is also low as compared to the main central areas of Lahore the average price for 1-2 marla plot in DHA phase 9 is 1-2 crores depending on the location of the plot.
Islamabad
The capital of Pakistan has the most amount of cheap properties in Islamabad available as compared to the other big cities of Pakistan. The big housing societies of Islamabad such as DHA and Bahria town which are away from the main Islamabad have the cheapest properties and plots and you can buy a house for around 2 crores in both of these housing societies and the house is constructed on 8-10 marlas.
There are many other cities that have affordable real estates such as Gwadar and other smaller cities of Punjab which are going to be the other smaller hubs of the country.
Getting a cheap property all depends on your choice if you go on to buy an empty plot you can construct the house however you want and in the budget you have and that can be relatively cheaper as compared to the built-in house that you will purchase.
